Arkansas? lolz

Georgia Tech?

Miami?

Michigan?

Minnesota?

Nebraska?

Penn State?

Pitt?

Tennessee?

Texas?

UCLA?

USC?

Washington?

The favorites IMO, are Texas and USC, followed closely by Miami and Tennessee.

Sark is a great coach and recruits in a loaded area. Texas is the easiest place to win the country, but I'm not sure Strong can quell the rising tide of Sumlin and A&M.

I like Al Golden, but Florida State seems to be hitting their stride and Florida is still raiding South Florida, Miami's backyard, for elite talent. Tennessee doesn't have the natural recruiting advantages and plays in the gauntlet that is the SEC, so it's gonna take a special coach to bring them back, IMO.

Franklin's Penn State program is still hampered by NCAA sanctions and Pelini is a turrible recruiter, so they're last, IMO.

I'm not listing Florida because they were one play away from an undefeated regular season two years ago and won 13 games in 2009.

Minnesota's the classic case of "fallen power". To me, there's a big difference between Georgia Tech, Arkansas, Pittsburgh, and Minnesota than the others on the OP. The others are more of teams just having a bad few years. Every program gets in a rough patch without being considered a "fallen power"

As much as I enjoy Tennessee's misery, it's just pathetic now. I hope they return to relevance soon.
