If I'm out to dinner and I see pork cheeks, pork belly, or sweetbreads I can't pass on them regardless of what else I may want

Shrimp po boys. I don't care how many I've had or from where. I have a problem.

I know exactly what you mean.

It take serious restraint for me to pass up cheek dishes and sweetbreads.

I had a cheek dish at Lilette Friday night and it was insane. Best dish I've had in a few months.

Calamari.

To this day I've never been to a restaurant that serves it and I didn't order it. Some bad, some good, and some great....but I will never stop!

Just checked the Lilette menu and I see they have sweetbreads and beef cheeks. Looks like its time to pay them a visit

You won't regret it.

Had an excellent Valentine's Day dinner there. Food and atmosphere are top notch.

I'm not at all a dessert person, but I will make room in my stomach for this. I LOVE it.
