For future reference
Bart at Advanced Weapon Systems is cheapest around BR at $15, although he can be somewhat troublesome to get a hold of at times. Barking irons has become my go to, always easy to contact and smooth transactions. Plus they have a dog that hangs out in there.

I used Bart for my last transfer. Went very smooth and only $15 is a plus. He also has a nice inventory or reloading supplies and ammo.
