A there was the Tabasco inferiority complex that crystal fans have. I have come to appreciate crystal more lately, but I still think it's my least favorite of the big louisiana sauces.

Nope. I like that it iconic and from LA. I just don't like their hot sauce.

Crystal is my go to for most things.
I still prefer Tabasco for certain dishes though.

Crystal is my favorite. I like some of the other offerings from Tobasco but the pepper sauce is not my favorite.
