Dunno. Maybe chili. Or tacos. Or spaghetti.

Nothing. Worked all day with the guy repairing my broken pipes from the freeze. Cost me a bundle. Since I have no appetite, thought it was a good chance to lose the 5 pounds I gained over the Holidays.

Gonna have more freeze all week. Coldest winter for the longest time I've ever lived through in La.
Lucy will have pasta and that's about it.

Sorry to hear that Zach. The pipes in my hunting camp shattered during the first big freeze a few weeks ago. It was an expensive mess also. Al Gore needs to be kicked in the jimmy.

Same here. Al Gore is directly responsible for the new pipes under our camp. We need to bill the genius. I'll eat a link or two of boudin from Jerry Lee's.

Last bowl of gumbo from a few days ago. It's definitely on its way out, so I'm glad this is the last bowl.

I seared a London Broil on the grill.
Next, I cooked down some onions and bell peppers on the stove top.
Then I sliced my meat and placed buttered tortilla shells into the oven at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
I had a small sauce pan full of Mexican restaurant style white cheese simmering during these steps.
Finally, I placed my meat on a buttered tortilla and topped it with sautéed onions and bell peppers smothered in white cheese and added a dollop of Heinz 57 as my finishing touch.

I had 3 of these succulent jewels.
