I'll be making wings for Super Bowl & didn't want to just go with the regular hot sauce & butter "buffalo" style sauce, looking for something/anything different. I like the Asian Zing & spicy garlic sauce at BWW & would be interested in any flavor/cuisine combo. Also, if there is a pre-made sauce that you think is the shiz, I am not against that either. Tell me what ya got & any tips. TIA!

Season wings with seasoned salt or Cajun seasoning. Toss them in a bag of white rice flour and shake off the excess. Deep fry and toss them in a sauce of:

1 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup honey
1/4 cup ponzu sauce
1/4 cup sriracha sauce

Honestly, I just mix different sauces together and it normally turns out pretty good

My favorite mix is

Butter

Texas Pete's wing sauce

Either sticky fingers or cattlemans gold BBQ sauce (any Carolina gold BBQ sauce will probably work)

Some white BBQ sauce (big bob's if I have any)

A little honey mustard

Sriracha

Little worcestershire

Ground black pepper

Toss the wings in some after they are cooked. It's pretty dank actually

I do Frank's straight out the bottle. If looking for a milder sauce I cut with liquid margarine.
