Who says no? Houston or NE?

O'brien knows mallet
Johnson is big WR NE needs
Houston needs a QB and needs to retool the offense but AJ is a local hero

why the hell would you give up one of the best players in the NFL for a guy who has yet to show he can do anything at the NFL level?

It is just a question

Clearly NE needs a WR
Houston needs a QB badly

The Pats would probably decline because they would assume this to be a prank

Don't care his age, he's still an elite WR and Ryan mallet has done absolutely nothing in the NFL besides hold a clip board

This was discussed on Houston talk radio today

I found it compelling in a way. AJ has value but how much value to the texans? Mallet has done nothing but obrien knows his capabilities. The texans have young skills guys they have invested in. AJ didn't make many fans with his behavior at the end of the season, even though it was probably justified.

I think obviously Houston says no but mainly because of AJ in the locker room and in the city for a new coach. Texans fans would flip their shite if he was traded away unless it resulted in a long term starter at a key position like QB

Never would have thought "Will Ken Griffey Jr. get into the hall?" would get competition for worst post of the day.

Mallett w/o Johnson would be a disaster for Houston.

You're better off thinking JJ Watt and 1st rounder for Mallett and they go draft Clowney or whatever else DE rises in the combine.
