My roommates got some ground wild hog meat. What can I make with this?

Google "cinghiale recipes" and you'll find some great Italian stuff...one classic is a wild boar ragu.

I've used ground wild hog to make egg rolls, use shredded cabbage and some asian heat, pot stickers with Hoisin sauce sounds legit too

Home made boudin should be given a pondering and pate also hogshead cheese.

Anything you use ground beef for but I would go for some lumpia first.
