Isn't it basically just velveeta? They have a jalapeno one.

I worked at a movie theatre after I graduated high school while I was in college and we used a brand called Rico's for the cheese that we served with the nachos.

It came in little dip cups with a sealed top. Kinda like the sauces at McDonald's, just bigger.

I've seen them in grocery stores. Usually in the pickle aisle with the peppers. You might have to dig around but it's out there.

It's a distinct flavor that's different from the others and the cheese is more on the watery side. Only place I remember getting them is at the concession at HS games and at a food court in TIjuana.

Any large grocery store will have a 1 gallon jar of this stuff on the bottom shelf in condiments, typically next to the gallon jar of jalapenos

Ricos Nacho Cheese Sauce is what you looking for. Comes in a striped can. Wal Mart carries it.

Make sure you also open the chips a few hours before you enjoy them and leave the bag open. They need to have that approaching stale texture to really match that stadium nacho experience.

You can buy it at Sam's. Probably at Costco too. It comes in a gallon can.

The cheese crap is really thick when cold. Many places will add the liquid from the jalapenos to it to thin it out. That is why it tastes different.

I prefer to go for the old school melted Velveeta cheese and individual jalapenos on top of the pile of doritos approach. If you want a bit of heat in your mouth, go for the pepper on the chip.

I have to admit that i love some cheap jalapeno nacho cheese. I swear im not trying to stir up shite but the best nacho cheese is at Johnnys pizza. Their cheese with their cheese sticks and pizza will make your knees weak.

You do realize that that nacho cheese is the bottom of the barrel, cheapest cheese they can buy in bulk, right?

I doubt it's velveeta. Go with the velveeta and rotel method.
