Reading here it doesn't look like anyone is hammering this year. I know our blind in Rayne is down about 85%.
Just wondering if it's just us

I haven't killed a duck since opening morning. I have only been a couple times, but the numbers just aren't there.

Raises hand!!
Venice, however they aren't stacked in everywhere but they are there. Killed limits all year, made four hunts second split four limits all big ducks. Cans and pintail are there in droves right now.

It's less action but as for eating, I'll take 2 specks over 6 ducks every day.

I saw more birds yesterday in gueydan than I've seen all year. It was a ton of birds flying near the ozone layer heading south .

We seem to be doing pretty decent. Out of 3-4 blinds every weekend we are killing at least 2-3 limits if greys/teal. We are in Reggio. Best part about that is hammering the trout afterwards. Marsh and water have looked the best I've seen in 5yrs.
