all I have open are my jan calls, which are doing fine, but I think if it keeps going up like this, I'm going to buy the weekly puts just prior to the release..we'll see..

This week. I was just looking for a very short play on the few minutes right before and after the release. if it doesn't pop up, I sell immediately, if it's moving in my direction, I hold till it stops and sell off.
I plan on holding my jan calls for a few weeks at least instead of holding UGAZ.
PLEASE feel free to shoot holes in this if you think it's a bad idea....

22's at .94 unloaded at .97. About 12.5% for the day, and another one nip and tuck.
If I check back this afternoon and see I left money on the table, I'm going to be pissed.
I think Skule has a good idea about shorting the immediate future (and spring/summer) while staying long winter.

Bought 22's DEC 5 puts @ .53 during the pop this morning. About to sell @ .70. Also sold my UGAZ this morning for 10% profit which I bought yesterday. Enjoy yall's Thanksgiving

same thing I did...sold my UGAZ from yesterday for 13% profit, but chickened out on the puts I bought this morning and sold them before they went up...always next week
