I think the flag was a good call, but why are you fining ?the guy. I don't believe for a second brooks meant to tackle brees by the neck. This is football, when you're going 110 mph, every tackle won't be textbook. Accidents happen. If you fine him then I guess you should start fining a player anytime they cause a penalty

I understand fining players that are blatantly targeting people's head, but it's inherently wrong to take someone's paycheck for behavior that was encouraged by the company just a few short years ago.
