Looking to do a nice dinner in Orange Beach this weekend. It doesn't have to be $50/plate, but trying to find something that isn't necessarily your standard $8 beach burger. Suggestions? Thanks yall!

Just opened this summer. It is a cool place with a good mix of food. Right across the street from Tacky Jack's.

If you don't mind a short road trip, check out Jesse's in Magnolia Springs. It is about a one-two beer drive from Orange Beach and well worth the time IMO.

All more laid back but places i prefer when on vacation:
The Gulf
The Original Point
Hub Staceys
Fishermans Corner

A hole in the wall place called "The Grape Escape" (I think). It is behind/to the left of the Wal-Mart supermarket.

It is owned by a retired couple from New Orleans.

edit:

I just realized it is not open for dinner, but for lunch, it is the best

The Grape Escape

I'll second Wolf Bay, though I've only been to the other location(back around Foley). Excellent seafood.
