Hands down.
Discuss.
Also what's he doing on SkySports across the pond?

He never played for the Hat. So only half informed.

Guy's got four NCs. The discussion is over. Miles is a great one, though. I'm thankful to have him.

I said discuss because it pisses me off when people do that here.

up to now he is correct.
The lack of QB development, The decision making between Lee and Jefferson, The play calling against Bama last year were all pathetic.
He did one thing right up to now, hire Chavis to run defense.
The STUD OL/OC was a horrible decision.
He is righting the ship by hiring Cam. If he fulfills his role as head coach and lets those guys do their job he can rise above the mistakes of his past.

I thought he was asked who the best coach he played for was, not who the best LSU coach ever was.

Why even start this thread on here?
You know the opinion of a couch potato LSU fan is far greater and superior than the opinion of an ex-star who was one of the best to wear purple and gold

OK...well, Michael Clayton was not the best receiver in LSU history, but I still liked watching him play...just not as much as Josh Reed, D. Henderson, W. Davis, E. Doucet, and a few others.

Yeah, that fricken Miles can't ever seem to get a 10+ win season together!!!

Wasn't Clayton one of the couple LSU players who asked Saban for tickets for Game of the Century?

It depends on how you measure this. If you're talking about who was the best coach over his entire career, then its Saban. If you're talking about the best coach while he was HERE then it's miles and its NOT even close. It's like Bear Bryant and A&M. Bear hands down went on to have the best overall coaching career of anyone who ever coached there. But as far as what was done while at THAT school Gene Stallings and R.C. Slocum were better.
