A client gave me a gift card to Dickies and I was thinking about stopping by for an early supper before the Saints game on Friday. I have been to most of the good steakhouses in New Orleans but never Dickies.
Whats good?
Would Jeans and a Saints polo be acceptable attire? I normally would dress better, but I will be heading straight to the dome after.
TIA

Just order the 16 oz filet blue rare and chow that thing like a caveman. No sides or apps, I guess a bourbon would be in order though.

That's fine on a game day. Some casual pants may be more appropiate. They won't turn you down.
Steak is steak to me. ETA: Order what you like.

House Filet - $42.00
A 6 oz filet served with creamed spinach and Pontalba potatoes, topped with flash-fried Louisiana oysters and finished with béarnaise sauce

Thanks.
How do their steaks compare to others such as; Mr Johns, Gallaghers, Ruths, etc? Surprisingly I had a an excellent filet at Revolution about a month ago.

You're a baller but have never been to DB's?

Mr. Johns is hands down the best......I would put it a tiny notch below Ruths.

If you don't want a steak, their burger is AWESOME

Surprisingly, even in my days of Med Equip Sales I never once made it to DBs. Then again, most of my clients were not in the N.O. area. Made one attempt to go after Katrina, but they were still closed from water damage.

They've got a fantastic turtle soup and I'm a turtle soup fanatic
I always enjoy the cowboy ribeye and I personally like their BBQ shrimp.
If solo sit at the bar, they'll pamper you generally
