I'm guessing 4 inches, but I figured maybe somebody on here could tell me if that is not correct. I'm not really a concrete guru and didn't feel like wading through all the shite answers on google. TIA.

If you are talking about the steel shed, then 4" should be fine. Make sure you remove any grass/vegetation where the slab will be poured. Also take the advice from elprez00 and use the wire mesh (6x6 w.w.f.).
