FBD - Full Sail Session Lager after explaining to the kids why my "huge glass jar full of stinky stuff" is foaming and bubbling.

Thanks to all those who have served, are serving and will serve

FBD was my first taste of NOLA Brown. Surprisingly pleasant.

2BD is a Stone Sublimely Self-Righteous.

Pelican House is nice. It's absolutely dead right now, shocker, but the barkeep is engaging, beer is cold, and I like the feel of the place. Would drink here again, no question.

Having the same for FBD, while this Farmhouse IPA I just bought gets cold. Not my 1st brown, it's one of my favorite local beers.

This is the first batch I've used a plastic carboy instead of glass. Don't think I will ever go back, so much easier to handle

A little krausen forming on top, so the magic is getting started.

I know people use plastic and get good results but I have some irrational phobia of it

Yeah, I was glad to see it really get cranking. This is my 1st all grain batch and I got my yeast from a bottle of JK El Cedro.
