4 mile run tonight .. then:

I played golf all day and then came home to make Lucy a batch of corn bread. She still has chicken salad. I gave the leftover stir fried fish to the dogs. They said it was excellent.

You have too many night classes.
I believe ill be having tuna salad on ritz whole wheat crackers when I get home.
Why? Because it is literally the only thing in my apartment besides 2 cans of green beans and a pack of shredded cheese.

Zach, did you ever cook with the grandchildren?
Broasted chicken, corn on the cob and campari tomatoes either caprese style or baked with a panko concoction on top in which case a salad will also be had.

Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-430 and then from 6-8
