I only eat breakfast on weekends. I have eggs 2 or 3 times a month and cold cereal about the same.

Usually on the weekends I'll cook a big breakfast with eggs, but not during the week. I love a big breakfast for supper when the weather is chilly.

On weekdays, I'll generally have a breakfast bar or muffin & coffee.

I find myself eating more eggs as a midnight snack.

If I don't have eggs for breakfast, then it's likely to be something leftover from previous dinner, whatever the protein was, sometimes in a low carb wrap. I had baked fish and broccoli for breakfast one morning last week. I don't believe I need to have what's considered breakfast food.

Very, very often. At least 4-5 times per week. If I don't have eggs and bacon, I'll eat leftovers or something. Pork chop, chicken breast.. etc.

Me either Darla. My wife makes fun of me for what I will eat in the morning. Anything left over is usually what I eat.

Eggs aren't just for breakfast. Quite often we'll have breakfast for dinner. Sometimes if I work late I'll fix myself a nice fluffy cheese omelette.

Every morning. 2 eggs, egg whites, 2 slices of whole grain toast.
If I don't have eggs, or am just too lazy to wake up early enough to cook them before work, I just drink a protein shake and have a natures valley bar.
