Private School Cost Estimates

I was about to post this on the OT, then thought better of myself haha.
SInce I am planning on having kids in a few years, I thought I would throw this out here and see if anyone could come up with some real answers.
Based on the cost of tuition now at private schools in BTR and how much the cost increases each year (either via the child moving up to higher grade levels, inflation, or just increases in tuition), how much do you think it would cost over the lifetime of a child to send them and 1 or 2 of their siblings to private school. We can use different examples (Episcopal, Catholic, UHigh, etc) to provide a cost basis. I guess I am interested in exactly how much the price increases each year your child is in school.
What do you think?

All I could find is old data on td.com
For the 2007-2008 school year, annual tuition for LSU's Lab School for all grades was $3,652. Tuition at St. Joseph’s Academy was $7,931; at Parkview Baptist, $5,440 to $5,865; and at Episcopal High School, $9,850 to $12,900. Don't know breakdown of elementary/middle/high school tuitions.
Also, international school is/was $8500/yr plus $600/yr fundraising requirement.
Dunham is in episcopal tuition range, I think.
Is 5% inflation too high to estimate for tuition increases?

We are looking into a few Magnet schools and the process of getting our child into the schools. From what we understand, Westdale is exceptional. The schools focus is on science and mathematics. My wife is a scientist so this peaks her interest. Now I may be mistaken because our child is only 6 months old and we are very early into the process, but I believe magnet schools are free. Also these schools could see changes in quality by the time our child is ready. If anyone knows the Magnet process, the information would be appreciated

We use 3 percent, usually, for the annual inflation adjustment.

So 9k at 3% inflation (without other school costs) would put the total right over 140k for K-12. This does not take into account the changes to the tuition based on the child's age. So lets assume between 140k-160k with that for a 9k school.
So basically, 150k a child.
Anyone up for moving to Texas or Colorado?
