A guy I was talking to today stated watermelon was the healthiest "superfood" or whatever its called. I always thought blueberries were. When it comes to vitamins and antioxidants what would yall say is the healthiest and maybe even add in best times a year to get them at store.
Again, Im sure watermelon is healthy, but I wouldnt think it would even be close to one of the healthiest.

it's called watermelon for a reason, because it's mainly water.
The fruit is basically water and sugar. Eating it isn't going to kill you but there are many more foods out there that provide more of the essential nutrients that your body needs.

watermelon is healthy because it is composed of almost all water. lot of nutrients and good source of vitamin c.

Watermelon is the healthiest food. It contains vitamins, minerals, almost no calories, no fat, no salt.
BTW, the most unhealthy veggie/fruit is Avacado.
