What is it? Or, do you dispute that Mexicans are fat?

You would lose your bowels and have an aneurysm simultaneously if you ever read about the keto diet.

Mexicans are fat

I live in South Texas. I know this as well as anyone.

But it's not the avocados. It's the lard in the beans and the flour tortillas. It's a high fat high carb diet. They aren't fat from eating avocados.

Then why did I read that it is the most unhealthy fruit? If you want to name a more unhealthy fruit, have at it.

My grandfather did this toward the end of his life. Mind you, before he died he was very fit. 5'10, 160 was on his last driver's license.
He said that he couldn't stand the taste of salt added to anything after a certain point.

I don't know. I suppose it's possible that at one point in your life, you read something that was inaccurate.

Yep. And I had an IRL discussion about coconut. Guy said that if you ate really fresh coconut you wouldn't vomit. I never took him up on that challenge.

Lemme guess. It's a cheese and coconut diet.

Zach, I think you're reading is either archaic or you misread something. I think you need to update your info from the 80's. You might want to not only eat them, but try to keep your youthful looks with the oil which by the way has a pretty high smoke point.

Oh, it's been known to have aphrodisiac type qualities. It's #8 on a list of foods I saw. I think you should start eating at least one a day and buy the oil for your skin and hair.

Bodybuilding foods.

It's great for your skin and hair. I just recently ordered some good stuff and I'll cook with it and use it on my skin.

I'm tellin' ya, Zach, you need to eat avocados and use avocado oil in cooking and on your skin. You'll be a new man. Lucy will love it. Your love life will improve. You skin and hair, if you have any, will be soft. You'll fight off prostate cancer. The benefits are endless. You've been misinformed.

OG, you could use some avocados in your life too. I'm sure Mrs. OG would be appreciative.

It is known by the nickname of liquid bread in Germany given its ingredients. As to the OP, google anti-oxidant fruits and veggies for an over look of what to eat. As to cooking those that need heat applied steam them for the least vitamin removal.

My hair is great. I discussed the avocado thing with my kids. They said they didn't like it. They want cookies.
