They do not. 27" is the smallest.
It just seems silly that I can get 1080p on a phone and 2880x1800 on a laptop but not a 20 inch 2560x1440 monitor (or even a 20 inch 1080p monitor)

ASUS VS Series VS238H-P
IMO the best for the money. You'll need speakers but I imagine you already have that covered with a nice headset. For $130 its a no brainer

yeah those asus monitors are just fine. It's what I have. Not to the point yet where I can justify spending more on an IPS when mine works fine.

Just seems like the iPS panels ghost more (most are at 8ms response time), I hear their color is amazing but when it comes to quick pans or fps shooters they can't keep up, maybe they've improved though. I know they're great if you are a photo editor or graphic design

I've had no issues and I exclusively play FPS.

Yeah after research somewhat it seems for monitors IPS deal with ghosting a lot better than say... 55" panels

So for PC gamers, what is the sweet spot monitor with a 400 or less price point?

i use a 40 inch tv with a 45 second response time. it works pretty good.
