I had a large red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and gravy from popeyes, and ate on that for 2 days

Cold to lukewarm soft things like those suggested above. Pureed soups, but not served hot, are good. I'd stay away from highly spiced or acidic things. Definitely do not suck through a straw.
