Michael Beasley proved me right tonight for the first time in his career.

The guy is still very talented

I know right, he finally plays hard for a change. It's amazing how well he plays when he wants it.

Also-I knew Steph Curry was going to be a star.

Finally- Aldeman would love Williams if he could actually play.

like what? he's not that good at defense
loose balls, deflections, drawing loose ball fouls, outlet passes. No one who has watched him play could think he's regressed.

Almost everyone thought Beasley was going to be a NBA superstar and with good reason he had a better freshman season than Durant, Melo, Oden, Rose etc and really had no major flaws in his game.

the guy was complete miss according to Chad Ford's grading system, I believe. However, his interviews with the Bulls and Heat along with his rookie symposium dismissal was the writing on the wall as a bust.

Good: Marcus Thornton. I never thought he would amount to anything more than an end of the bench scorer.

Bad: B'easly. I thought he was going to be all NBA on a consistant basis.

He's my favorite basketball player of all time. I can understand why he was hated by many in college, but unless you're the most juvenile Maryland fan, you have to admire how hard he's worked to expand his game so he could survive in NBA. You can tell how much his early struggles humbled him and how much of a better player he is as a result.

Agreed. He's also my favorite college basketball player ever too

Wrong:

Noah, Beaubois, McCants, probably Drummond, Ebanks

Right:

Batum, Ibaka, Westbrook, Aldrich

wow, really? I've never thought them to be anything alike (except for the obvious).

I thought Luke Recker was gonna be kinda like Sura though.

How could you have an opinion on Beaubois, Batum, and Ibaka?

Luke Recker

Forgot about this guy. Those teams with Reggie Evans were pretty good.

I was only 9 or 10 when Sura than Nash came in to league, so I might been profiling, which is wrong

Jordan Hill. I thought he was going to be amazing.

Michael Beasley.

Oh, and Jonathan Bender. I thought he came to change the game.
