Waffle? Shoestring? Crinkle cut?

I love some thick crinkle cuts cooked just right- good and crisp on the outside with a soft, baked potato like interior. I had some at lunch today from the local mom n pops. Best fries going imho.

Fresh spuds run through a french fry slicer. Fry in oil of 93% beef fat and 7% cotton seed oil. You can thank me later.

Depends on what kind of mood I'm in and what I'm having them with.

Curly ones are my all-time favorite. For some reason curly fries are always seasoned the best, too.

Crinkle Cut ones are my least favorite.

I like waffle, but I'm addicted to Chick-fil-A so that's reasonable.

The fries with gravy they serve in Canadian dives are pretty damned good. An acquired addiction.

I don't think it's acquired at all as it's very easy to like poutine on the first try. French fries, brown gravy and cheese. I think it would be a hit here.

Cajun seasoned potato wedges. If they're covered in anything, all the better.

I eat fries a lot, but they're always so unsatisfying. Cop out side.
