One of the best ways I've ever seen this described
I'd go with everton in EPL because I think fellaini is an absolute monster (plus they have timmy). BvB would be my non-EPL choice though

Arsenal. Mainly because Randy thinks they're a terrible team to root for.

EPL: Chelsea because they used to and still kinda do, take the big black man approach to futbol FTW
Non-EPL: Borussia Dortmund for sure but don't know if I can count them because they are already my second favorite team behind Liverpool ... If it doesn't count then I'd say Juventus then.
MLS: fricking make the Cosmos an MLS team then I'd say them

Overall they aren't as annoying as the Liverpool fans at least, so there's that.

Liverpool cause theyre history plus theyre not on top of the world atm so its not too bandwagon-y.
Houston cause theyre the closest.
Houston cause theyre the closest.

Borussia Dortmund
or
Kaiserslautern
BVB = most entertaining team. FCK = 'merica

Probs Villa or West Ham... maybe switch leagues and go with Deportivo

Probably Barca or Juventus..
Barca for obvious reasons... A closet fan now and RM is currently one of my most hated teams..
Juve because I always liked them from Serie A.. I admire their recent fall and rise...
**If I had to choose an EPL team, it would be hard but maybe Man City because I'd get to keep hating ManUre... But not sure if I could do this . I don't want to support a London team either...

Any reason why? One of my main criteria back when I picked a club, was that it had to be a London club. Mainly because I wanted it to be a club that would be somewhat easy to visit while on vacation someday.

It would probably be Spurs because my brother in law is a fan and I keep up with them now as is.
Or Norwich City because Grant Holt.

The same reason, I wouldn't want to go to London to see a club... I'd rather see other parts of England...
Also, view it like supporting a NYC team...

This statement is true for me as well just switch Liverpool out for Spurs.

Working man's club from the gritty East End. I can get behind that. They have produced some of England's greats; Bobby Moore, Geof Hurst and Frank Lampard (sorry no Joey Cole mention).
Go Hammers! I'm forever blowing bubbles!

Back before I learned of Fulham (1999) I was a loosely affiliated fan of Arsenal and Southampton. When I first started paying attention to top-flight football in England (First Division) between 1989 and 1991, the people I spoke to who knew, and the stuff I saw via VHS and TV showed a lot of these two clubs.
I got to know people like Nigel Winterburn, Tony Adams, Ray Parlour, Martin Keown, Paul Merson for the Arse. I liked their name, and Highbury was a great ground.
Same for Southampton with Matthew LeTissier, Ian Dowie and Jim Magilton. Plus they're called "Saints" and the Dell was a great little old ground. The camera gantries were damn near on the pitch, closest thing to that overhead cam. we have now.
I liked Norwich City, then, and a co-worker back then got me into Wimbledon (now M.K.Dons) as well. I have a soft spot, now, for the new A.F.C. Wimbledon slowly making its way up the leagues.

Either Liverpool for history, and my friend who practically introduced me to watching soccer loves LFC
Spurs because Deuce
West Ham for no good reason besides it sounds awesome and they were the "favorite team" on The IT Crowd.
As far as bundesliga goes, while BVB is very fun to watch and is a legit Bayern Munich opposition, I love me some Hannover 96 and Schalke 04.
And of course FCB.
ETA: Roma in italy, Reims in France (my heritage can be traced back to the area)

This tough, several years go it would have been aresenal but now I would have to say Real Madrid. I would still watch someone in the epl though if Man U weren't around. Prolly become a city fan for now as much as that pains me to say.
