So a $350 CPU, a $350 GPU, $250 MOBO, ~$400 case, and a $45 HDD? If you are going to piss your money away at least go all out.

This rig would be overkill for just about anything, as it should be for what it would cost.

If you are going with that level of hardware, get a 256 GB SSD and a large storage HDD 3 TB HDD
ETA: To answer the question. It is a good build. I have seen better, and I have seen worse.

I wish people who are fricking dumb like you would stay out of these types of threads. You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.
But to the OP, I would grab the I5 3570k and get a 680 or 7970. It would yield better performance when gaming due to the better video card. You want a good processor, but a video card is far more important than it. I have a 680 and 7970 right now (just testing each one out to see which I like better), so I recommend one of those.
I wouldn't spend that much on a lga1155 mobo, but I would recommend the gigabyte UD3H or the asrock extreme4 (both z77). If you're set on the i7, I'd recommend getting an i7 3820 and lga2011 mobo.
No need to get 2133 ram either. Just go with 1600 or 1833. The price/performance isn't worth the upgrade to 2133
Since you're custom watercooling, make sure you get a reference video card

Don't get those radiators. They are about as restrictive as a CPU block and overpriced. Your pump is strong enough to overcome it, but decent radiators would give you more room to add on.
As it stands, your watercooling setup makes no sense to me. Powerful pump, two restrictive radiators, one water block. What's your goal here?
I have a HAF 932, and I actually did a mod that allows me to have a 240mm rad at the top as well as at the bottom, and a 120mm rad as exhaust.
Here's a pic.
I've since gotten rid of the crossfired cards and went with a single 7970, but my cooling setup was more than adequate to overclock everything. My 2600k is at 5.0 as well. I also recently changed my fans to gentle typhoons.
Any reason you are going with 2133Mhz RAM? You will not get noticeable real-world performance, and it will not help you in overclocking an unlocked CPU.
I also don't understand why you put a Sandy Bridge on a Z77 motherboard, especially such an expensive motherboard. As Blue said, get an ivy and a cheaper mobo.
So, to conclude:
- Get Swiftech or XSPC Radiators
- Get an Ivy Bridge, either 3570k or 3770k
- Go with one of Blue's mobo suggestions
- Save money with 1600mhz RAM
- Get a 256GB SSD, a Samsung or Crucial
- Upgrade your vid card to 680 or 7970, and watercool it

Things to consider when purchasing an 1155 socket. The next mainstream desktop CPU will be on a 1150 socket.

If you're overclocking, the 7970>>> 680, but a stock, the 680 is a little better. Check out that benchmarks thread for some great builds to give you some ideas
Edit: I just bought a 680 super oc edition off ebay that is better than my 7970ghz edition, and they were both the same price (I bought the 7970 new, though)

It is hard for me to say the 7970 is beating the 680 in most benchmarks but that doesn't mean AMD's drivers are 100% stable.
