I had leftover chicken parmesan pasta.

I'm getting my ears lowered now then heading back home for some hot chocolate and football.

thin spaghetti pasta w/ white wine sauce (reduced with garlic, onion, crushed red pepper) with anchovies, kalamata olives, artichoke and tomatoes. finished with Italian parsley and pecorino romano.

I don't allow cheap sauvignon blanc in my kitchen.

The food looks wonderful though!

well I had to buy it to cook with .. needed a dry white (not really my style of wine in the first place) and I'm not going to let a 3/4 full bottle of wine go down the drain.

Thanks. Turned out quite good. Anchovies were just the right amount, didn't overpower the dish. Should have added more crushed red pepper than I did to give it more heat on the back end. Other than that I wouldn't change much.

Made meatloaf with half hamburger and half deer meat. Topped with bacon before baking. Green beans, macaroni, and yeast rolls. Everyone at my house is happy now.
