Damn, my college career missed out on something that could've been a lot of fun.

Honestly, the fourth flow of Howe Russell is creepy as hell. Theres a hallway with the ceiling about 5 feet high and no lights so its just pitch black and you can't see a thing except for the "exit" sign on the other side

I've heard if you see the ghost squirrel and don't offer him a peace offering of snack foods you'll do poorly on your next test

Hahahaha.

"open"

Silly people. Everywhere on campus is "open" if you know which doors to step through.

Or which ones to stay behind

We tried to spend as little time on campus as possible.

The top of the inside of the tower is creepy as frick. Add in a fear of heights, a flimsy arse set of stairs that wobble as you climb them, and when you open the door to the bell area you discover that you disturbed a huge arse wasp nest and you have yourself what they call a good ole fashioned panic attack.

re: LSU Urban Legends Around Campus

Where any of yall there when the guy practiced his sword play in the middle of the quad?

Not really an urban legend, but I never knew quite what to make of it.

Also, there is a day, in the spring time, just as the temp starts to rise, when all the girls wear those thin strapped tops, and there are breasteses everywhere you look. Dont know if that counts, but it was always one of my favorite times to go thru the quad.

On the facade of the Law School facing Highland you can see where the name of a disgraced politician was sandblasted off the building. He was some crony of Huey Long's who couldn't hold it together after Huey was killed (supposedly).

The ghost of the Sigma Nu who hung himself in their front yard roams Lakeshore Drive.

MT Carlton died of a broken heart after his mother passed away as reported by the Reveille.

In my day, there were very few bras. Nice when there was a cool crisp air.

I used to see that dude. That guy was weird as hell.

He made think of the scene in Temple of Doom, when Indy just popped a cap in sword guy's ass.

You can look and see that there is something not right with it - looks like it was sandblasted but I don't know if the part about the politician is true or an urban legend. Look at the area below where the three figures are standing.
