This plus a little bit of FINELY chooped onion and celery, and a dash or three of Louisiana hot sauce for the vinegar flavor.

My ex used to add that to both tuna and chicken salad. One of the only things I miss about her is home made chicken salad

Try a little tahini and some za'ater, with some caramelized onions. Will make you rethink tuna. 'Course, you've got to start with good olive oil packed tuna. That water packed stuff is worse than cat food.

Anybody put apples in their tuna salad? I can't stand that. Fruit and fish don't go together, IYAM.
