NEGATIGERS embarass LSU!!!!

Here I am stuck inside of Mobile, with the Death Valley blues again.
I turn on the radio and hear these arrogant gump a--hole debate whether or not they would beat the KC Chiefs or the Carolina Panthers. Their only concern/discussion about the toughest real game they face is some guy wondering if it is worthwhile to do his normal pregame superstitious rituals because he is attending some party, and he just wants to know the "margin of victory".
So they switch over to the Gumps they sent over to Baton Rouge to report on the scene....after jokes about food and teabaggers, they finally ask "how concerned are LSU fans about the game"
The response is they've talked to students, fans and alumni who overwhelming say "they're very concerned with KEEPING IT CLOSE and a few are holding out home for a MIRACLE"
Wtf!!! A miracle would be Georgia Southern (or this year Auburn) beating Alabama. We're not a 35 point underdog. We're the number five ranked team in the country, and quite possible the best defense in the country.
Will it be an "upset" when we win? Yes. But miracle my big fat white a--!
Negatigers, if you want to get on this board and preach doom and gloom fine, this is our home. But when you take our business outside our home, then you are insulting all of the TRUE LSU FANS, our players, coaches and university.
I'm sure all the negatigers will tr-dr or post what they think is an amusing little graphic. Well, go become a Gump, Oregon or Notre Damn fan.

Why can't someone objectively look at both teams body of work so far this season and make an objective opinion? I want LSU to win just as much as anyone, I just look at the two teams more objective than most on this board.

To me saying "bama has a great defense, our passing game has not looked good this year and if we're one dimensional it will be tough to score enough points to beat them" is NOT being a negatiger. That's just making a realistic observation.
Saying there no way we beat Bama, or it will take a miracle to win, or hoping we can just keep it close.....being defeated before you play.....that sucks!

Again, this is their season and if they lose, they likely won't get a "do over"....yet they have no sense of concern.....they're taking about nfl teams or thinking ATM might be a threat. The gumps I've encountered here in Mobile are all quite reserved. They saw the holes Tenn exposed, they know they lack a real win as yet. So they've been rather polite for them. 105.5 has a regular following of "how's your momma and them" types who will replace the magnet on the f150 when the time comes. Agree that realism often is a rare commodity in anyone's camp. One may only look to Gainesville to validate that statement

BTW.. I think "arrogant bastards" is an unfair statement to put on all of them. I've met some who were not (overly) arrogant. Just bastards....

The fact of the matter is most LSU fans believe the Tigers are every bit as good as Bama but do not have confidence in the offensive philosiphy,for good reason.

I don't know. There are fans and posters here I like and respect and those I don't. Can't honestly say I've ever been embarrassed by that many. Most fans I run across are passionate and love the Tigers and live and die with them not only every game but every play.
Not everyone expresses themselves particularly well or with eloquence but I see passion in most.
I love LSU most posters here do. The truth is posts like yours calling folks out with whom you disagree bothers me more than folks who express an opinion.
Why folks feel the need to call others out is beyond me. Maybe it makes you feel better. Who knows?
I'd rather read a thread about how you love LSU and how we are gonna kick Bama's arse rather than your critique of other fans or posters.

I feel you. Both sides get fussy. Its the few jerk offs that want to fire everyone. The same ones saying we will never win an secccg after thd 08 season. Same people calling for rivers or bolden. Same people bitching about throwing the ball, then bitch when we run too much. Just because you question, doesnt mean you are negative. Its the people who make outlandish statements.

I am expecting this to be an epic game and a win for the Tigers. I hope to hell the fans at TS do not pay any honor to these buttheads by rushing the field. EXPECT to WIN!
