Wouldn't touch this game with a 10 ft pole. I'd rather just sit in the stands and cheer on the tigers.

If we still use the same conservative 1960s offense, well lose by 21/24. We can not afford to wait and open up the offense until late in the third. We,ll be in big trouble

That's too many points in a big game like this one, especially played at the underdog's home field, and especially at LSU, and especially with a revenge factor. Easy choice to take LSU and the points but best to wait to see what Miss State does this weekend; if Miss State beats Bama then the psychology changes and LSU may not be the best choice.

Deep down, though, I think we'll win straight up. There're a lot of intangibles in LSU's favor. Also, we're getting better pretty quickly; before the USC game I couldn't imagine LSU beating Bama--now I can. Too, a well run option play by Spencer Ware, presuming he can be at least a little bit of a passing threat, could make a big difference.

Thats a sucker bet. Lines at 8.5, 9 points are always funny. Eddie Lacy is no Trent Richardson and we have two weeks to prepare. Final score will be in the 17-10, 13-10, 24-21 area. I dot care how good people think AJ Mccaron is, he hasnt faced a secondary like LSU's this year.

I think this will be a close game, but A.J. faced a much better secondary in the BCSCG and did ok.

Sounds about right.

The line will shrink after the MSU game as the bookmakers hope to sucker a surge of LSU fans into backing their beloved Tigers. At this point they believe the Tide will whack the Tigers in the fourth quarter, easily covering the single-digit spread. My advice; don't do it folks. Stay away from this game, unless someone's holding a gun to your head. In that case, bet on the Tide.

Why doesn't he? If Vegas likes a game they don't care about the betting being 50/50. Also, Moo State +24 this weekend is the lock of the year!

AJM

What about the only game Bama should have played LSU when it was 9-6. How did that go? frick you and your undeserved bought BCSMNC game. There's no Mo Claiborne, but the depth of this secondary is better.

AJM was lights out in NC game no doubt. Don't think he can repeat that performance.

But #1 on the road AT #6. That pt spread seems a little high. It will come down before kickoff.

Why does LAST years game with LAST years team have anything to do with THIS years game. Maybe having TR made things easier for McCarron.

The best way to homer bet on a big game is take the ML on the opponent. You win either way: 1) your team wins OR 2) your team loses, but hey, you won a bunch of cash.

Last time we played, we had a better team than we do now and we lost by 21.

Bama's team is about on par with last year's team.

I know that we are playing at home but unless Tiger Stadium gives us a 21 point advantage, I am left thinking that taking Bama and giving the points is a good bet.
