re: Cost for new condenser fan on A/C unit outside - PSU2LSU
Labor and the diagnostic fee is what eats it up. I don't know how to do that stuff, although it looks simple, with my luck I'd hook it up backwards and burn up the compressor or something stupid like that.
The service tech will come with a general fan. It probably won't match up ex...

re: Cost for new condenser fan on A/C unit outside - PSU2LSU
The fan isn't very hard to put in. I have a spare in my shed just in case mine craps out. The actual fan may be a little tough getting off the motor. Do yourself a favor and spray with some penetrating fluid before attempting to remove the fan...

re: Recommend me a reliable new washer - my three year old Samsung is crap - PSU2LSU
My lg was doing the same thing. Constant unbalanced load error. I flipped it over to look underneath and a 22 mm bolt worked lose causing the sensor to drop about an inch. I tightened up the bolt and it's working again for now ...

re: NYC to Philadelphia - PSU2LSU
Yeah, will probably amtrak it, but since it's three people, I'll be shelling out over $300 round trip.
If it's 3 people I'd just drive and split the costs. Traffic depends on what time of day you decide to leave each city. ...

re: "Militia" arrested on LSU campus - PSU2LSU
Also, for what it's worth, the second amendment guarantees the right to bear arms, and that supercedes any state laws that forbid any form of carrying, concealed or otherwise.
If you really believe that then go open carry a gun in DC or NYC and tell me what happens. ...
Nice post, but according to the article, the rifles weren't "concealed."
The purpose of his post was to show that if you have a conceal carry license you have more rights then a citizen without the license. If you have a CCL you can open carry within 1000 feet of a school. A...

re: Tile Shower - PSU2LSU
No way in hell should your first DIY tile job be a custom shower.
I agree. Niches, hanging tiles vertically, grouting vertical surfaces, creating a shower curb... All these things are fairly difficult even for a seasoned tile layer. And of course the shower pan can be a PIT...

re: Tile Shower - PSU2LSU
I have heard that it isn't that hard to do, but I am worried about the floor and drainage. Is that very difficult?
It depends on how you go about the shower pan. If you go and spend the money on a kerdi shower pan made out of styrofoam then you'll be out about $200+. If you go wi...
P2LSU, thoughts on what I wrote up above?
I think the problem is I don't value Dozier as much as you do. That's why we weren't able to come to terms in a trade. We can try again in a week when I've scoured the WW and still have crap manning 2nd base. ...
