I think it's concerning, but it obviously may be nothing.

The cornerstone already stubbed his knee on the tank again?

It's not that he's just a pussy, he does not want to be here, dunno why mgt made him stay. I guarantee if his nuts itch he'll be out with "testicle soreness"!

Rivers will play a lot of minutes for us, especially if Cornerstone isn't healthy, but from what I've seen in the summer league and preseason games so far, he is not on par with some guys that were taken behind him.

I don't have high hopes for him, but it's early and he may surprise me.

Hope Gordon plays 50+ games this year and gets us into the playoffs. Being injured still is making me very concerned that his knees are f'ed and he is actually hurt for long term and the trade was a bad move.

Heard he wasn't on the bench tonight. That true?

Confirmed he was not at the game tonight. Maybe he was riding a stationary bike again at the Alario Center.

Seriously? Is the injury worse then we are being told? Like maybe he is out of state getting it examined (by Andrews or one of his guys)?

I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt until preseason is over

Once the regular season starts it will be obvious what his intentions are

I'm sure he's miffed they matched and then drafted Rivers

When he does come back Monty needs to push him through one of those meat grinder practices and see how he responds then

That's the difference between him and drew Brees work ethic. He doesn't want to be the guy and get better.

2012:
Eric Gordon misses training camp to rehab from injury

Drew Brees misses training camp to squeeze a bigger chunk of the salary cap pie

Where did you get that from? He may not be a great team leader like Drew (which is rare in the NBA anyway), but the guy gives his all on the court. He hit a game winner in his first game with us and it was obvious that he played hard whenever he wasn't out. It's unfortunate that his physical playstyle has led to so many injuries, but he is definitely a competitor like Drew.
