Lots of places have it. It's the new "cool" beer it seems.

Pretty much this. In fact I can't think of many bars that DON'T have it.
It's a decent easy drinking beer. Nothing remarkable but I'll get it when I want something light and relatively cheap.

It's a very drinkable and refreshing wheat ale brewed with Steen's sugarcane syrup. It's a little sweet, but the sweetness is not overbearing. I enjoy it a lot. It is one of my favorite Louisiana beers.

He just put in 2 or 3 new big fermenting tanks... I want to say 60-barrel tanks, so 1,860 gallons of beer... or 14,880 pints of beer each.

Yeah, he was. I think he found one, but hey, he might need more?

The way it was getting talked about around here, it sounded like it was the second coming of beer

You and me both. I wish I had the money to invest in him when he was looking, I'd be doing alright with that investment right now.

The fact that it's still drinkable enough for the bud light crowd is the reason he's going to make money.

Exactly. It is on par or slightly better than Abita Amber, Boston Lager, Fat Tire, and Shiner Bock. Every brewery should make a gateway beer to pay the bills and then branch out with more niche beers.

Yeah, and his plans for special releases and bigger beers keep us beer nerds happy. While I happily buy Canebrake on tap.

It's become my go-to at Bulldog if there is nothing new I want to try.
