I have the Canes by Schnellenberger's whisker, 40-39. Too much offense. What's the board's feelings?

I have to confess... the UM offense is kinda fun to watch. Pretty explosive.

The betting line is correct, Miami has allowed pts this year, outlasting weak D ACC teams like GT & BC, whom are yet to be fully exposed. Bethune Cookman scored 10 on them, had 20 FDs vs Mia's 20, Bethune's 3rd down efficiency 7-19 vs 4-11 Mia, Bethune 4th down efficiency 1-3 vs Mia 0-1, Total Yards 355 to Mia's 426..

Catholics sporting a legit D, and Kelly's OL/DL recruiting upgrades..

ND 40 - Mia 23

Miami throws 2 INTs and gives up 3 sacks and countless hurries.

Our Lady by 4, scoring on a passing TD from outside the red zone on the last drive with time expiring.

35-31 ND

As much as I'd like to agree with my fellow Cane Flair Chops, I have to say I think ND wins and covers.

I may be pessimistic, but after seeing every Miami snap of this young season, I don't see how Miami can stay balanced against ND's defense. They'll force Morris to try and beat them and ND's secondary won't be as pourous as NC State's and GT's.

For those that didn't see the Miami/NC State game, Morris was 4-4 with 200+ yards and 2 TD's on 4 plays, all of which was due to a hard count, drawing NC State offsides while Miami ran a default go route and NC State defenders gave up on the play.

As much as it pains me to say it, ND 27 Miami 14.
