I love the Talking Heads but having "Once In a Lifetime" at number 2 is total bullshite

ETA: Also , it is a crime James Brown "I Got You (I Feel Good)" isn't in the top 5 or at the very least top 10

Where does one even find the time to begin to put a list like this together?

I am convinced there are thousands of incredible songs Ive never heard, out there, recorded over the years...

The fact that Bohemian Rhapsody doesn't even appear on that list completely invalidates it.

No Queen or ccr. And they put B.o.b by Outkast but not Hey ya. They only put 1 Led Zeppelin and it isn't even Stairway to Heaven. And put an Otis Redding song but it isn't "Sitting on the dock of a bay"?

If this is #1 on the list there's no point in reading the rest. Might be the worst song they ever recorded (well, maybe 2nd worst after "Be True to your School" ).

The artists represented are ok, but I find the songs selected puzzling in many cases. I like The Knife, but none of their songs make my Top 100, much less # 14! "In the Air Tonight ? Really? Why cherry pick one Jazz song to place on here, but not a single Blues or Reggae? No Bob Marley? That pretty much sinks this list for me. No CCR, Queen, XTC, Doors, Van Morrison, New Order, Allman Bros, Blur. No Elvis, Presley or Costello. Ok, this list sucks.

Bob Dylan's "Isis" belongs on more of these lists. Such an underrated song.
