I don't know, but I picked up some pickled quail eggs from Fresh Pickens the other day that were delicious....Now you got me craving some more

Go buy one of those huge jars of pickled pigs lips or feet or whatever they pickle and throw that out to the dogs. Then put your boiled eggs in that.

I always have a jar in the fridge. My recipe is pretty simple.
1 dozen eggs
apple cider vinegar to cover
one teaspoon of salt
two shots of lea & perrin sauce
red pepper and/or hot sauce to taste
You can add things like, jalepenos, habeneros, carrots, or McCormick pickling spice.
