Busy two days of homebrewing related activities for me. I have a Porter that I need to keg (hopefully it comes out well), and a Reisling that I need to transfer into another carboy. I have all the necessary stuff to make fig wine, just don't feel confident in the recipe. Advice anyone?

If suspense's significant other starts feeling better the plan is to brew a Suspense/Fratastic collaboration Russian River Clone tonight. However since there is a sick party, we may have to move it to tomorrow. If we brew tonight then tomorrow I am brewing a Saison Dupont, if we brew tomorrow then the Saison gets brewed tonight.

A non TD friend is coming tomorrow to brew an extract German Ale since all his brewing equipment is at my house.

Lots of cleaning of carboys, kegs, and wine bottles needs to happen as well.

Busy two days.

Anyone else?

I just need to get to racking the two beers that I meant to rack over the weekend. It's on the list for today's activities.

I am gonna brew something. I have Thursday and Friday off as well. I need to get at least 2 under my belt. I just don't know what yet.

What variety of Russian River will you be cloning?

We splurged and bought the Consecration kit from More Beer complete with actual Russian River Barrel cubes.

I have not had that beer. I did once make a clone of Blind Pig that came out quite good. It also called for oak cubes.

We will see.

It's going to be a busy day and a half for me too. Consecration clone and Chocolate Hazelnut Porter that will most likely end up in a bourbon barrel for a short time.
Really looking forward to brewing again. It feels like it's been too long and I have yet to use my new stainless brew kettle.

I also want to put together the pre-chiller and test it out on a pot of just water... haven't had a chance to use my new brewpot either.

Nice.

Considering I don't even know where a harbor freight is much less do I want to go drive to that place to pick up a pump, can someone point me out a similar type pump on Amazon?

Our Kriek is still kicking out bubbles 3 weeks it seems after adding the Cherry puree. Can't wait to try this beer again.

Just for your reference the Harbor Freight in BTR is at the corner of Sherewood Forrest and Old Hammond Hwy.

This evening I plan on brewing a strong belgian golden. I'm also going to be putting together and apfelwein, but I'm using sake yeast as that's what the girlfriend suggested.

While that's brewing I'll keg up my hibiscus saison as I rebrewed it after I got a lot of constructive comments at WYES.

You should just join him at my house. As long as he shows up.

Will depend on if I head over to Fratastic four two three's place if he's brewing.

I wasn't really planning on going out tonight though... might just chill at home with the lady.
