A. I can't really answer, I never drink the same thing all night. I always mix and match and when I'm hitting it hard, I just put money on the bar and let the bartender make whatever they want.
Sometimes I do "mystery shots" We line up, turn our backs to the bar, usually get a hot chick to whisper a shot to the 'tender or let the bartender make what they want and then on the count of 3 we turn around and slam em.
