freshman mistake! never drive on east boyd if you have had anything to drink, i have seen countless people get pulled over at the exact intersection and get arrested for DWI!

more importantly, not what needs to happen less than a week from opening weekend

Baranik performed poorly on a field sobriety test, the affidavit says. His blood-alcohol content was 0.144 percent, the affidavit says.

You do realize that's not "hammered," right?

0.114 is extremely easy to accomplish. Most don't even feel drunk at that level

Kevin Koziol was dismissed from the team after being arrested in January 2011 and booked on counts of DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and disobeying a red light.

“Every situation is a little different,” Mainieri said, referring to the Koziol dismissal. “My concern is for the young man (Baranik), how he’s living his life, and to make sure we see what help we can get for him and make sure he understands the ramifications of doing things he shouldn’t.”

Kevin gonna be pissed

A few weeks of running stadiums, bear crawls, log rolls, duck walks and cleaning toilets ought to help get his mind right.

to Mainieri. Drinking and driving is a scourge on the American roads and I'm glad the LSU coach will not tolerate his players committing this heinous act of selfishness and disregard for the lives of other people.

It was .0144, not .0114. It may not be "hammered", but it is definitely well above the point at which anyone should be driving. That is, at least, a healthy buzz.
