Drinking a Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye IPA.

Not bad at all, and I have some Big Flats for later.

Calandro's has it and a few other places should.

The Big Flats is just an experiment. How bad is it?

Also have a pretty nice stock in the fridge for later.

ETA: where did you find the bayou teche?

A couple of smoked venison roasts and chicken, wild rice with mushrooms and shallots, and some carmelized Brussels sprouts. Also cooking 16 qts of spaghetti sauce for some folks, including my 16 year ,that love it.

That's probably better than Big Flats, although this isn't as terrible as it could be!

FBD was a Grimbergen Blonde after yardwork. SBD was a Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, which has been an obsession the last few weeks. TBD was a Hopitoulas with dinner at TJR.

I didn't realize TJR has a decent beer selection.

It is decent. They have Hopitoulas and Chimay Tripel on tap, so that does it for me. I think their burgers are really good.

Coppola 09 Malbec

Pretty good

I've heard it's not such a bad line of wines...heard the pinot noir is pretty great as well...may pick it up on the next trip.

ETA: Is this any drink or is this just beers? I don't know the acronym used in the thread title...
