I have yet to see any valid concern as to why we should doubt the outcome of this game.

Just because they have won recently in the series has no bearing on how these two teams match up. Arkansas doesn't match up well despite what they try to say. They will not be able to run, and we defend the deep ball better than anyone. They suck on the road and got dominated by a team we beat on the road. Their offense is not as good as oregons, and they will be unable to keep us from controlling the clock.

Arkansas will get abused just like everyone else who isn't Bama. Vegas sure isn't viewing them as a threat.

There is only one team that can beat us this year-LSU. And we have proven that we refuse to beat ourselves.

I will never post again if we lose to these hillbilly trailer trash meth producing deadbeats.

agree with you 100%! We've just got a ton of nervous nellies in our fanbase that are coming out of the woodworks right now.

Only because it is the SEC and it's the 3rd ranked team in the country. You have to respect that. But I like our chances. I like this Damn Strong Football Team. At Home.

I think people are nervous because of what they have done in the past when LSU was favored and that was in Tiger stadium!!! With saying that, I truly believe this team will not be defeated!!!

Because it's a big game with a hell of a lot on the line. Some folks will feel a certain amount of anxiety.

I think we win but I am concerned.

Arkansas has very good special teams in the return game (a weakness of ours as of late). One missed lane and it could be a td

Has a good offense that can put up points and hit the big play. I don't think they can put up enough points to win but as we saw last year, one missed assignment and coud be a big play. (insert Hatcher not playing safety)

Defense is healthy.

Those are concerns, not that it means we lose or should bet the house on Arkansas but I think they are a legit team than many are taking too lightly. LSU wins but don't see us dominating the whole game.

I hear you, but this season has shown us that it is clearly
LSU
Bama

The next best team.
No one else is even close. Arkansas really doesn't understand that we are better than Bama but they will have their holiday ruined while ours is enjoyable. Personally I can't wait to watch Petrino blow his gasket like Saban.

because there is the real possibility that ARkansas could win. They've got a helluva team.

Yes, we should win, and I expect to.

the proper attitude is not to be worried, but to enjoy the contest. This is a big game. Both sides will be pumped and giving it their all. We are playing for a championship! This is the first of hopefully 3 championships for LSU! The SEc West, the SEc, the BCS.

Geaux Tigers!

If Les doesn't play tight and do like he has done in previous years in big matchups we will be ok (Auburn '06, FLA '06 and other games, Arky '07, KY '07). He needs to let the players play like he has done so far this year, take the gloves off, and let the talent shine.

If this happens, we'll be fine.

because their offensive scheme will attack our lbs. will they play assignments and make plays. bama had a couple plays they could've burnt us on and their qb read it wrong. 8 wont.

and they'll hit a few plays. im worried about them stackin the box and stopping the run for a half. that makes jj have to throw to move the ball, kinda like miss st. can jj do that and move it enough to where we dont fall behind in that first half?

there's no reason to believe that he can't, but we haven't seen it yet so there's no real reason to believe he can. we'll see.

but i think we'll roll. but that should answer your question.

They have a very good offense with a talented QB and WRs. Plus it is always close.

Actually the answers have been pretty damn rational. Arkansas has played LSU well in the past, a lot is on the line. ...etc.

Hope you keep your promise and never post again after Friday. That is just dumb and no doubt you will not be a coonass of your word.

Look, everyone, including Hog fans realize that on paper you are the better team. Probably were 3 out of the last 4 years too, but we still won. This team is better than any of those (I know, so is LSU).

I get that corn dog nation is confident in your undefeated team. What I don't get is the complete arrogance that we don't belong on the field with you.

A very average West Vagina team threw all over you guys. We are better than they are.

I am worried because the only good passing QB we have faced (West Va.) shredded our secondary.

Overconfidence by LSU - underestimation of the Razorbacks' ability to move the ball and score like lightning. These things can happen - not saying they must happen or will happen - just that they can. A team like Arkansas, rated #3 in the AP, should be taken very seriously.

I think the biggest concern is their ability to throw the ball. They will test our secondary more than any other team has this year. The Hogs have the best receiving corps in the country and a QB that can get them the ball. We have the best secondary in the nation and they can handle this, but it will be a test for sure.
They have no D and we will wear them down like we have done to everyone else. It could be a close game at halftime, but we will pull away in the 2nd half.
