As much as I want to rip on Biden, this really isn't that uncommon. Every move the president makes is so carefully planned out, especially when interacting with the public and a situation where something could be slipped into his food. Now with a normal president that isn't suffering from sever co...

re: So last night I had a moment

I got divorced in '11 and am now remarried. We all have different scenarios and reasons for moving on. I'm around my ex fairly often due to our kid and we get along fine. But not once have I ever looked at her thought about what could have been. I used to wonder why I didn't end it sooner. I'm so fa...

favorite bag?

Posted by pickle311 on 4/8/24 at 11:13 pm
I'm looking for a new bag and the options are quite vast. I like the idea of the quiet bags that keep the clubs from rattling. I definitely want something that separates the clubs. I hate the grips getting hung up on each other that I get with my current bag. I do like having a stand. Storage po...

I've got a 40' 5th wheel toy hauler. I've taken it as far as Nashville, been all over Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas with it. We were using it a lot for my kids racing, but he has backed off on that recently. We try to get out with it once a month, but this year has been busy and we haven't used it...
His personal issues doesn't make the things he reports on any less true. ...
There's 3 of them that I know of in my neighborhood and my sons friend just got theirs. It's honestly the ugliest vehicle I've ever seen. I never thought they would actually take that design to production....
My neighbor was on this flight. Sounded like it scared the crap out of everyone, but they are all fine. Gives me an uneasy feeling about my flight Sunday. These problems are happening way too often all of the sudden. ...

re: Does anyone have any BUDS stories?

The couple of people I've met that went to BUDS wouldn't really talk about it. They would just acknowledge they went and did some training then change the subject. ...

Why would I make that up? He and I share a common hobby that has led us to be at the same place a couple times. This was the first time I spoke to him....

I met Morgan Luttrell today

Posted by pickle311 on 2/24/24 at 10:56 pm
I randomly ran into him and got to speak to him briefly. Nice guy and he made it very clear he’s committed to fighting the good fight. I let him know we fully supported what he’s been doing in congress. I know, cool story bro....

re: Educate me on RAM trucks

Posted by pickle311 on 2/23/24 at 10:56 pm
I bought a RAM 1500 new in 2015 and kept it until 2021 and put 60k miles on it. It was the smoothest driving truck I've ever owned and never had a single issue with it mechanically or with electronics. That said, it was the worst quality paint on any vehicle I've ever owned. I swear if you looke...
I’ll add pretty much all of healthcare.
I work in healthcare for a very large company. I'm the only person in my region who made it through without getting the shot and kept my job. ...
I have a 2 year old and a 16 year old. The 2 year old is annoying at times. The 16 year old has me just about ready to drag him outside and beat his arse. He just wants to be a lazy, disrespectful, and defiant piece of shite right now. ...
A really good friend of mine works for Origin and he swears by their jeans. I haven't tried any of them yet, but will next time I need to buy some. Not only are the clothes made in the US, all of the materials come from the US as well. Nothing is outsourced overseas. The cotton comes from US farm...

Do you know anyone who is trans?

Posted by pickle311 on 2/8/24 at 8:52 pm
I wouldn't say I know this person, but a guy I went to high school with is now trans. I haven't seen this guy since we graduated in the 90's, but we are facebook friends. We weren't friends back then, but had some classes together. He was always a little different and I guess I would describe him as...
Yes, very much so. They have created situations in big cities where crime is rampant with no recourse. They are bringing in people from 3rd world countries who are going to only help increase those crime rates. They are creating total chaos, which they will in turn try to use to strip away the rest ...
