My Final Plea: Start Jefferson

Lee has done a great job leading what was Jefferson's team prior to Jefferson's unjust suspension. As a knowledgeable poster said on another thread, Lee is "playing over his head." My point exactly. It is inevitable that Lee will, at some point, stop playing over his head and this is likely to be during a high stress game such as Alabama. Why risk it? Reverse the Lee and Jefferson roles and cruise to victory.
I predicted the Saints and Cowboys blowouts. I understand sports psychology, having coached Class A football for two years.
I'm not saying don't play Lee much. Play him a lot. However, the boost of having Jefferson as starter will give LSU the punch it needs.

Ya' know, I don't agree with much you post, but I can see where this might give LSU an advantage. I do think Lee starts games a little flusterd, then gets into the groove as the game moves along.
