BTW, I like Jared Lee. He has led the team well. However, against Auburn Jefferson had a 33 1/3 percentage touchdown pass rate. Incredible. If he was allowed to throw 21 passes, we're talking SEVEN touchdowns.

WTF...Who is Jared Lee, Jarrett Lee is the correct name any real Tiger fan would not make that mistake!!! GTF out troll!!

How will you know your right? If LSU loses and that is a big if, it will not be becuase Lee started or becuase Jefferson did not start it will be becuase Bama played an exceptional game and beat LSU. But again that is a big if becuase I believe LSU wins and I also believe Jefferson gets his playing time like usual. Miles and his staff knows what is going on and will have a damn strong team damn ready to play.

those were threads in praise of JJ's stellar play as our change of pace QB.

Unlike you, I don't hate either player.

ha, are you delusional? it wouldn't surprise me if you'd convinced yourself of this, despite writing shite like this:

No, he shouldn't.

I like Lee as the starter. I like JJ as the change or pace/extra dimension QB. Lee has earned his keep and doesn't deserved to be benched. JJ has played well enough to justify continuing to give him time.

The offense is fine the way it is.

how does my opinion of JJ not being needed, let alone the X factor, mean I hate the kid.

I know you have trouble with basic concepts, but explain to me how you align the two as being the same.

I certainly didn't start some epic thread trying to tear down his performance....you did that to JL

Captain Bengal is another poster who gets attacked because he doesn't always agree with the majority (or the hype).

That was one example of how you routinely show up in any thread that may attempt to give JJ credit, define his role as important or necessary and shite all over him.

Let's just be honest, you aren't really objective regarding his play or contribution. You want all Lee, no JJ.

That's not "I support all the Tigers" as you say.

That wasn't what I did, but I know you can't really read, so I should expect that's what you'd assume from it.

I do want all Lee. I think JJ adds nothing to our offense overall, and hurts the rhythm. That's my opinion.

Just like you have yours. The difference is I still support JJ and like him. You don't like JL.

can we also get back to your supposed supporting arguments?

Based on that vast amount of experience, the average Techmo Bowl player has about as much insight into sports psychology

With that astounding mathematical theorem, I'm shocked your predictive skills aren't already registered as extra-human. Were your flash cards as a child just a pack of Pokemon cards?

if your going to back this stance with such profound evidence supporting your case, you better be ready to defend your thesis

Ok. That's an opinion. I would point to how both yardage and scoring have improved since JJ's return to suggest that if it is affecting the rhythm, it's a good thing...

Ha. I wrote many positive comments about Lee, including in this thread.

I like to watch game tape. I like to analyze plays and players. I do it for fun, as a hobby. The thread started as a debate between me and other posters who were saying Lee played a great game. I said he was okay, but his ball placement left a lot to be desired (and generally still does, as with JJ). So I pulled screenshots to exhibit how he struggles to place the ball in the right place on throws.

I can criticize a player's play and not hate the player.

But, you and a few others ran with it as me hating Lee and trying to tear him down.

It fits your M.O. of anyone who criticizes anything about Lee is obviously a "moron" and "pro JJ" and "Hates Lee", which speaks to your ability to reason.

Jefferson was 2 of 3 in the Auburn game. A small sample, but a useful one. 1 of his 2 completions was for a TD - a TD:pass ratio of 1:3. Jefferson averaged 18.0 yards. Lee had a TD:pass ratio of 1:10, average of 8.3 yards per pass. Jefferson had a 66 2/3 percentage completion rate.

If Jefferson had been QB, we'd have had five more TD's based on the 1:3 ratio instead of 1:10.

After seemingly years of over-analysis, including screen captures/freeze frames and some of the more dubious examples of self-serving reasoning, the only thing they have left now is the snide assertion that the sole reason the kid is realizing his present degree of success is because "he is playing over his head."

In all the years of watching LSU sports, have never seen anything like this.

Chinny;
Your plea is falling on deaf ears. We are in this position b/c of Lee - not in spite of him.

I would rather think that Lee is playing up to his potential and not "over his head." Granted, JJ could be the x-factor when push comes to shove but jeez let Lee do his thing and win the frickin' game.

Jefferson knows his role and he will do very well to help secure victory. Let it happen. Geaux Tigers!
