Enjoying the holiday, eating a steak at Ruffino's and got into a debate with the SO. If you could only enjoy one bacon or butter which you choose. Now I'm a man and I love bacon as much as anyone, I use it at nearly every opportunity imaginable even when not necessary but I'm gonna have to go butter. Agree or disagree?

Exactly my point cosmo, girlfriend went bacon. I think she hasn't thought it through enough, she just thinks bacon and well it's bacon.

I'm gonna need to think on this a bit... One at a time, or forever? Unsalted butter, thick slab bacon, smoked??....This is not an easy decision...

Butter is more versatile, but imagine if you cooked a shite ton of bacon, and used the fat to cook whatever else you need. I love me some bacon. I'll take the other route, give me some bacon

Most bacon out there sucks. You need to get premium stuff if you're gonna do it.

Dipping crab legs into bacon doesn't work so well...

Butter.

Not at all. I know they have good steaks, I just don't recall them having VIP rooms to round out the holiday.

Boil said crab legs in the same seasoning and water as you would crawfish, and you should not need butter.
