This is the main reason (apart from a bit more money) that Les might go. The fans at LSU have, on balance, treated him very badly. The truth is, if Les wins 9-10 games a year at UM, beats Ohio State every other year, and goes to the Rose Bowl twice a decade, he will be revered at Michigan. If he stays at LSU and wins at least 11 games a year, 2 SEC championships in 10 years, and plays in one BCSNCG (win or lose), he will still catch shite from the fans who think LSU has no business not beating everybody they play every year.

well guys the fact that Les is even meeting with michigan shows that its an issue of money. someone who has their heart set here at LSU doesn't even take the meeting. its all a matter of price for him. if michigan comes close, then he's gone. just take the emotion out of it for second and lets hope that alleva gets a top notch guy in here to follow.
