did y'all buy the advocare from a rep, or on your own? if on your own, do you just get it from their website?

From their website but linked from my friend. She gets a certain percentage of whatever I bought. I just bought the 24 Day challenge package

Down another .5. Started the week at 196 (included a couple lbs of water weight from the weekend), but overall, it's been a hell of a good week for me.... probably the best one since I got started weight-wise. I may try and get some extra cardio in this weekend, since I'm on a little bit of a roll.

Start off walking and jogging on treadmill, 2 minutes of walking and then 30 seconds of jogging until you are comfortable IMO

The 176 is my starting weight a few weeks ago. I like to keep 186 posted to remind myself to never go there again.

I'm still around, guys. My scale isn't going down but all of my numbers are getting better otherwise. I'm running longer distances without stopping, and pretty soon C25K is going to make me attempt 20 minutes without stopping. I'm hitting PRs in my lifts pretty often, hit a new bench PR tonight, hit a squat PR 2 weeks ago, and lifted my PR deadlift again (but failed on PR attempt) last week.

On another positive note, I ran into someone I haven't seen at work in about a year and they didn't recognize me until I said who I was.

Was lifting too much weight going for personal records so my form was flawed, like on bench I was shooting for 250+ and I was lifting with my shoulders and arching my back which then doesn't help my chest muscles which bench is supposed to work out.
